1. This shipping policy sets out how LL53 Cyfyngedig manages shipment of product bought through this website.

2. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page and so you should check it regularly to ensure that you are happy with any changes.


3. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays unless by special arrangement (please contact us if you have an urgent requirement).

4. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

5. In the case of pre-order items, there will be an additional delay before production is launched and the time-frames defined above will not apply.  We will contact you accordingly with status updates for pre-order items.


6. At present we only ship as standard to UK addresses.  If you have a requirement to ship outside the UK, please contact us to discuss.

7.  All deliveries are services by Royal Mail 2nd Class.  Other arrangements can be made on request.

8.  For larger orders we may use an alternative shipping service provider.

9.  For stock items that we ship direct to you we will provide you with confirmation of shipping once handed over to the carrier.

10.  For items that are printed on demand, we will not be able to provide this confirmation, though this may be provided by the manufacturer.


11.  Delivery may be attempted on weekends.

12.  Unless specific arrangements have been made to guarantee delivery on a certain date or time, LL53 takes no responsibility for any delivery within a specific time frame.

13.  If the goods arrive with damaged packaging or damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact the carrier to make a claim.  We advise taking photographs of damaged packaging.  In such circumstances, we will endeavour to assist, however the liability for any such damage lies solely with the carrier.
